Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

Indoor Use Recommended: These beds are designed for indoor use. Avoid placing them in damp or outdoor environments to maintain material quality.
Cleaning Instructions:
- Cushion Beds & Sofa Beds: Remove covers (if removable) and machine wash on gentle cycle or hand wash with mild detergent. Air dry completely before reuse.
- Wood Beds: Wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
Placement: Keep away from direct heat sources (radiators, fireplaces) to prevent damage to materials.
Supervision: For new pets or pets prone to chewing, supervise use to prevent damage or ingestion of non-edible parts.
Regular Inspection: Periodically check for loose seams, screws, or any wear and tear. Tighten or repair as needed to ensure safety.
Comfort Accessories: You may add pet blankets or cushions for additional comfort, but ensure they fit properly without overcrowding the bed.
